The average individual should consume a minimum of 3-4 ounce equivalents of whole grains daily. 3 cups of popped popcorn = 1 ounce equivalent.

This icon denotes a heat sensitive item that requires ice packing up-charges, due to shipping in temperatures over 85˚, between the months of April and October*. As the name suggests, ice packs, in combination with an insulated corrugated box, are used to keep products from melting.
