The latest USDA Dietary Guidelines (2010) state, "At least half of the recommended total grain intake should be whole grains". The average individual should consume a minimum of 3-4 ounce equivalents of whole grains daily. 3 cups of popped popcorn = 1 ounce equivalent.

Sodium Wise
≤ 480 mg of sodium per labeled serving or RACC*. Sodium content based upon the FDA's sodium specifications for using "Healthy" in labeled packaging.

Heat Sensitive
This icon denotes a heat sensitive item that requires ice packing up-charges, due to shipping in temperatures over 85˚, between the months of April and October*. As the name suggests, ice packs, in combination with an insulated corrugated box, are used to keep products from melting.
